Why We Built This Site
Moniteau's records are split among public offices with different responsibilities. The Circuit Clerk maintains court information, judges control judicial process and release terms, and police or the sheriff may execute warrants. Missouri's municipal courts are circuit-court divisions; there is no justice-of-the-peace layer in the researched court map. California uses an associate-division arrangement, Tipton's code records a transfer to that structure, and Clarksburg names the county circuit judge. Public Case.net information can help locate the file, but it is not a complete live warrant register. The separate ezJustice application is warrant-oriented, with current public controls unverified in the supplied research. Our purpose is to make these official routes and their limits easier to understand, without claiming to confirm a person's status.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Missouri court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
